Tree Donation Form

To donate your tree, please submit the following form.

We only do log removal, not tree removal. Please see our referrals list for tree service companies.

Minimum log size is generally 24" diameter x 9' long, but we will consider smaller diameters on an as needed and species basis (e.g. Cedar and Redwood).

We do not accommodate partial yields. Either 100% donation, or 100% Sawmill Services or Lifecycle Projects. You can contact us if you rather create lumber, slabs or finished goods from your wood.

Please provide a brief 3-4 sentence description that tells the story of the tree. Include details such as the tree’s species, the neighborhood where the tree stood, and a short blurb about the tree's history and unique qualities.

Tell us your tree's name! If you don't know it, please give give a nickname for your tree. Be creative, anthropomorphize if you must, and help us tell your tree's story posthumously!

Please attach pictures of the log. We prefer very wide shots that encompass the surrounding terrain to help in analyzing tree removal.*
